Listening Party & 7000apart
Over the last decade, Milwaukee-based band Listening Party has sought to create songs that deeply resonate with their listeners. Their folk and Americana-steeped sound expertly and reverently takes the pulse and traditions of their genre while adding their own charm. Milwaukee-based Shepherd Express even compared the band to The Avett Brothers and The Lumineers. They’ve stayed busy with shows ranging from dive bars to regular main stage performances at Summerfest. Pounding the pavement for over 120 shows a year throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest has led them to a road-tested live performance.
7000apart is a Swedish/American indie band fronted by Amelie Eiding and Jonathan Kresin. Their journey began as a high-school romance, turned 7,000 km long-distance relationship, and then evolved into a dynamic musical partnership and marriage.
Live shows have always been a main focus for 7000apart. Since 2017, they have done over 600 performances, connecting with audiences around the USA, Sweden and beyond, through their raw, emotional storytelling and electric stage presence.

The Bend Theater
Built in 1929, The Bend Theater was originally built as a Vaudeville theater in West Bend. Over the decades, the theater underwent many changes but always retained its rich history and iconic “West Bend” blade sign.
In 2020, the Theater was restored to its original beauty by a nonprofit group called Historic West Bend Theater, Inc. These efforts landed The Bend Theater a designation on the State and National Registers of Historic Places.
The Bend Theater is now reopened to serve West Bend and the greater Milwaukee region with arts opportunities, music, theater, comedy, movies and an experience unlike any other.
